Meidy Thoughts

Dovie had gotten two tickets to Day 7 (Monday) of Wimbledon through the public draw and invited me along to enjoy a great day of tennis. It was definitely one of those things that I really wanted to do when I was living here, and thankfully I can now say that I did it! The day could best be summed up by saying, rain, rain, and more rain....we got to see 3 1/2 hours of tennis and roughly 6 hours of rain delay...those ground crew guys really had a busy day! Here are some pictures...the match we got to see was Soderling (SWE) vs. Nadal (ESP)...Nadal was the runner-up last year.
