What does this sign mean?
This weekend Dovie and I were on the train heading back into London from Woking. At one of the many stops we made (yep, didn't get on the fast train....but then we would have missed this sign), Dovie saw this sign out her window and we couldn't stop laughing.....
The question is now what they are trying to get across to us with this sign. Is it a warning, an organization....we are stumped! It sure did make us chuckle though at the sneaky guy!
Any thoughts??
