Trip to Perth, Australia

I am back and yes, I do feel like I was half way around the world! Australia is way far away from everything!!!! But I enjoyed my work trip a lot and am glad I got to see some of the city as well! Enjoy the pictures!!!

Mom & Jessica's Spring Break in London

July Vacation

Not much to say....everyone that reads this blog probably saw me in July since my vacation in the states involved seeing almost every family member I have!

Weekend in Wales

This past weekend I got to get out of the city and go with two of my friends to Llangollen, Wales. One of my friend's aunt and uncle own a B&B there, and right now it is closed to lodgers, so we go to stay! :) Picture link below - it was like being in a postcard, it was so beautiful!

Christmas 2009

This year I was only home for 12 days, but was able to pack in SOOO much stuff: Christmas eve and day in Dallas, three days in Wisconsin visiting my Dad, and a few more days in Dallas seeing some high school friends and taking care of Mom after her surgery. All went well....but I sure could have used more time in the states! Here are pictures as always!

Thanksgiving, Christmas Party, and Ice Skating

Where did the fall/winter go?? How did it get to be Christmas again?? Where did 2009 go?? All questions that I have been pondering...but to remember at least a few fun things I have done, at least I have the pictures!

First, Thanksgiving in Dallas....quick trip but MUCH needed get away from work and life!

I came back to London just in time for this year's company Christmas party - always a good time! It really is nice to get really dressed up at least one time every year and buy a new party dress! :)

Then this last Friday, it was time to hit the rink again and do the annual ice skating night. We decided to go back to where we went last year, the Natural History Museum, because the scenery really is picturesque. Every year I go, I get more and more confident on the ice. This year was definitely the coldest outside...London had just had snow the night before and hadn't been above freezing for a few days now...but it made it definitely feel like Christmas!
