Brighton Spa Weekend
Heather and I needed to escape the city this weekend....so we treated ourselves to a weekend at a spa in Brighton, England!
It was beautiful! We got to Brighton around lunch on Saturday and enjoyed a wonderful walk along the beach...the weather could not have been better for this time of year! We had some lunch, did some shopping, and then headed back to relax, the whole point of the weekend. We had dinner at the hotel and then called it a night to get some much needed rest (and all the fresh salt water air did us in!). On Sunday morning, we got up to a great breakfast at the hotel, then went down to the spa for our first treatment - a facial! It was my first facial and loved it...I know it won't be my last! Then we were sent upstairs to a fabulous lunch, followed by our second treatment - a massage! WOW...it was great and much needed! I could feel the knots being worked out of my shoulders.
Anyway, I did take a few pictures when we were on our walk...like I said, the weather was more then we could have asked for the enjoy the coast!
